ok, i have limited internet access and have been super busy, which is why i never update this thing.

I graduated! that's always a plus. I can't believe i'm done with school...it just doesn't make sense! I cried as i was packing up because i was actually leaving sprecher. I dont think it has really hit me yet that I will not be coming back to the girls and guys i love so much. I miss my KD sisters already :( And i really hope they all keep in touch with me!

THe monday after i graduated, I had JURY DUTY in downtown Cleveland. blah. Most pointless thing ever. I was called on the first day to go in for a jury, which they cut me from the next day. Usually it takes the attorneys about 1/2 - 1 full day to choose a jury for their cases. Well, boys and girls, the attorneys in this case decided to take 3 days! oiy. I'm so glad i was cut from that case, since it would take at least 2-3 weeks to deliberate through. After I was cut, I got to go back to the jury pool room and just hang out. Thats what I did for the next 3 days. I got to read some of my books, but other than that, not really much to sing about.

The following monday (the monday of this week) I started again at Third Federal Savings and Loan as a teller. At first I was nervous that I had forgotten everything, but alas, it is definitely like riding a bike. I got a $250 signing bonus for coming back and they raised pay to $8.75/hr. And I'm pretty sure i'll be working 40 hours a week. Yay for finally making some money before I go into a profession that doesn't.

Today (thursday) is my day off for this week, so I'm going to lunch and "Over the Hedge" with matt. Things with matt are going well, and it's definitely an adjustment to seeing him all the time.

WE went out to a few bars during my jury duty week and of course, snickles got a little tipsy. For those of you who have seen me tipsy or drunk, I tend to just say what's on my mind (like the whole "Im not a racist! i LOVE black people!" incident to Nick at formal) Well, since Matt is always talking about how he wants to spend the rest of his life with me, i decided to ask when he would ask me to marry him.

haha, yeah, i really did. I'm a loser. I was expecting like, "in a year" but no, folks, I was met with a "within the next 7-8 months" omg. that's like, Christmas time of this year! wtf? That's too soon for me. So i told him on another night when I was sober that I think we should wait til we're actually WITH each other every day. I mean, I dont have any problem with marrying him, but I just want to be absolutely sure, ya know?

Oh, working out is also going to be my new thing. I, Snickles, will be working out as much as possible to lose this weight around my midsection (Firestine called, they want their tire back) haha. Yesterday I went to the rec and did 35 minutes on the bike (i went 8.05 miles) and then i went and did the elliptical machine for another 30 minutes (i think i went about 2-3 miles) so overall i went 10 miles yesterday and burned about 700 calories. Man, that felt good. I'm going to a nutritionist soon, so I'll be changing my eating habits.

so, my sister was pregnant again, which i was really excited about. However, yesterday, she miscarried. That makes me sad. She was looking forward to another child, but maybe this was a blessing in disguise. It's tough enough with two kids, let alone three, all under the age of four.

Needless to say, i watched the chillins for a day (like, a full 24 hours). I was going crazy. I mean, i love those two to death, but seriously, i can only handle a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old for so long. They're so energetic. it was fun.

I leave for Witt on Friday. Goodness me. I can't believe how fast this break went. I'm sort of excited to get back to school. I'm a nerd, i know. I can't wait to get all organized. new notebooks and everything!

yeah, it's been awhile. However, perhaps it's time to start updating this thing. I also have a livejournal under this name.

I have to go back to Witt on Friday. We have workshops for recruitment. Fun Fun. I hope I get to see some of the people I got to know from last semester.

Also, if anyone has any good musicians/artists to suggest, please do. I'm trying to broaden my horizons.

wow....it's March, isn't it?

Yeah, it's been quite a few days since my last entry. No one used to read my Xanga when i first started it, but i figure, i must have made more friends since that point so maybe eventually i'll actually get some comments! *wink wink* *nudge nudge*

So, it's 10:30am on a sunday. Shouldn't I be sleeping? NOPE! *Bing* i'm wide awake! I have a council retreat at 12:30. It should be fun, but I have NO IDEA what i'm going to do for the whole HOMEWORK thing. i have no time. ARGH! why can't the weekends last longer?!

This weekend was little sibs weekend. it really sucks when you dont have a little sib. I am the little sib! shouldn't the weekend be all about me?! lol (just kidding...im not that selfish...the other little sibs can have some time focused on them, as well, i suppose )

Last night we had a function with a Frat on campus. At first I was sort of apprehensive about going because of the whole not really knowing them thing. But it turned out alright. I'll go back again sometime. :)
